A 1-2-1 Football session is a personal coaching session focused on improving specific skills, fitness and technique.
1-2-1 sessions are suitable for any age or ability, whether you are playing at a proffesional level or just starting out there are plenty of things a coach can work on with you.
It is ultimately your choice how long the sessions last, you could have a 1 hour session or a 2 hour session, you could book in for 3 sessions a week or just 1.
Yes! Group sessions are available whether its 2 or 8 I can facilitate sessions for all sizes of groups. This will also reduce the overall price of everyones sessions.
My 1-2-1 sessions are £20 per hour. If you do 2 hours it is £35.
The group sessions are as follows 2-4 is £17 per player and more than 4 is £15 per player
My fitness sessions are £15 per hour
The Fitness and football programmes vary in price, contact me for more information.
Depending on the weather you will need ground specific boots, metal studs if it is very wet and moulds if it is dry. You will also need a water bottle aswell as appropriate clothing for the weather.
